This special Father’s Day menu will feature selections including Grilled Angus Filet Mignon with Blue Note Private Selection Bourbon Demi Glace, Chandon Brut Poached Faroe Island Salmon, Louisiana Crawfish & Goat Cheese Crepes, and Café Brûlot Crème Brûlée. Guests can also enjoy Paulette’s featured cocktail, “Dad’s Blue Suede Old Fashioned,” crafted as a special toast to Dad.
