Walk into the Little Bar at Paulette’s, and you’ll instantly fall in love. Walk in twice, and our friendly bartender will likely remember your name and your drink even before you sit down. The Little Bar was specially designed to offer a cozy, joyful atmosphere where friends can visit over fine spirits and appetizers. Or you can unwind in the adjoining Lobby next to our wood-burning fireplace with its 1850s New Orleans mantle.
